Important

If you are joining us in person, you are required to have a signed physical copy of the notice of risk and waiver on the day of the event. The waiver is available as an attachment below, but will also be available onsite if you are unable to bring it signed. If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent/legal guardian sign the waiver beforehand or have a parent/legal guardian present to sign the waiver onsite.

Masks are required inside all CU campus buildings regardless of vaccination status, and disposable masks will be available if you forget yours or are unable to bring your own.
